Do you have access to make changes to my campaigns?

No. We connect exclusively via read-only API tokens — meaning we can see data but cannot make bids, adjust budgets, pause campaigns, or modify any settings. Every change during the recovery phase requires your explicit written approval before we touch anything. We operate as an advisory layer on top of your account, not inside it.
How do you calculate what counts as "savings"?

We lock a pre-change baseline from your last 90 days of spend and Shopify revenue. After implementing fixes, we run geo-holdout incrementality tests — splitting comparable markets into control and test groups — to isolate the performance delta attributable to our changes, net of market trends, seasonality, and organic shifts. Only verified, isolated improvement counts toward our fee calculation.
What if the audit finds nothing significant?

Then you pay nothing. The audit is genuinely free — you receive the full Leak Map report regardless of what we find, and there is zero obligation to engage further. What does the ongoing engagement look like day-to-day?

You receive a monthly recovery report documenting every verified saving and the corresponding invoice. The engagement is designed to require minimal time from your team — typically one review call per month. There are no minimums, no lock-ins, and you can pause or end the engagement with 30 days notice.
Can you work alongside our existing agency or media buyer?
